SHIPPING POLICY

We have a number of different shipping couriers please choose which one is good for you. Please be aware that items will need to be signed for.

We can ship outside the UK please contact us for prices.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

Returns

You may return goods ordered online with us for a full refund up to 14 days from receipt of goods. Delivery and return carriage is non refundable on goods ordered in error or goods that are no longer required.

 

Refund

Once we receive your item(s) back, our returns department will inspect and restock the goods. Once our returns department have done this, an automated refund is then processed by our accounts department back onto your original payment method, the funds may take between 2-4 working days to arrive back in your account, this is due to the UK bank clearing process. When returning your products please remember to include your original invoice, without this it may delay your refund.

 

Damaged Goods

If you receive your items damaged you must make our sales team aware as soon as possible and we will arrange a "return and replace" of the damaged goods.
